Dr Pamela Gallagher is a board certified plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. As one of the region’s leading authorities on the latest cosmetic surgery techniques, she has lectured widely on many topics in plastic surgery and has also trained hundreds of plastic surgeons in techniques including body sculpting, liposuction, breast augmentation and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Gallagher graduated AOA from the University Of Chicago Pritzker School Of Medicine and completed her General Surgical Residency and Residency Training in Plastic Surgery at Cornell University Medical Center at New York Hospital in Manhattan. She carries out extensive volunteer work with Heal the Children and continues with her team of volunteer specialists and area hospitals to offer services internationally to those who would otherwise be unable to afford her expertise and surgical skill. Dr Gallagher also continues to be active in a number of local charities and causes.
In addition to board-certification through the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Gallagher is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons and a member of many national and regional professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American Cleft Palate Association, the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, the Nassau County Medical Society, the New York City Medical Women’s Association, the New York Regional Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Nassau Surgical Society.
