Board of Advisors
Stephen Kavic, M.D.
| Stephen
Kavic, MD was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed
both his medical school training and general surgery
residency at Yale University School of Medicine in New
Haven, Connecticut. He distinguished himself as the
Administrative Chief Resident, as well as earning awards
for student and junior housestaff teaching.
Dr. Kavic is now engaged in Fellowship in Minimally
Invasive Surgery at the University of Maryland under
the tutelage of Dr. Adrian Park. His research projects
there included studies on laparoscopy in the elderly
and measurement of fluid shifts during minimally invasive
procedures.
